I just wanted to send you a reminder that the Fairfield Wellness Revolution (a division of the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce) is holding it's 2nd Annual Health Fair today from 10am-4pm.    It is being held in the gym at the Fairfield YMCA located at 841 Old Post Road.  If you are local, and have some time today, come check out the different physicians, hospitals, and health related businesses!  It's free to the public and there will be different types of screenings, samples, and a big bounce house for the kids!

With the healthcare issues that are occurring now...there's no better time to step up your own personal health goals and make some changes that we all need to make!
